An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a market-leading retail organisation. This is a full-time, permanent role based at the Headquarters in Carlisle.
Your new role
You will provide administrative support to a small and friendly finance team, duties will include:
- Download and print payment reports.
- Record discrepancies in reconciliations and report on Excel.
- Prepare cash and cheques for banking.
- Maintain the daily journal sheet.
- Ensure all sales ledger payments are updated on the system.
- Assist with credit control.
What you'll need to succeed - Previous experience in a similar role
- Willingness to learn
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other staff members
- Be able to prioritise work and have the ability to meet deadlines
