£28,000 per annum equivalent
Key Duties:
- Maintain and manage training records using excel
- Ensuring training activities are scheduled
- Working with colleagues and managing the training accounts, ensuring all administrative, financial and quality assurance
Processes are complied with
- Manage and upload accredited training for internal and external delegates
- Ensure certificates are booked, recorded and sent out to delegates
- Scheduling training events and sending out joining instructions and course information to delegates and training contractors.
- Update and maintain external payments systems
- Update training records.
What you'll need to succeed - Exception skills and experience with Excel. If this is not evident on your CV, your application will not be considered.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Due to location, a driving licence and access to your own vehicle is preferred.
- Ability to work hybridly and communicate with colleagues via MS Teams
