Customer Service - £12.80 per hour - 37 hours per week - Cardiff - Must pass DBS check
Your new company
You will be working for a large government organisation based in Cardiff City Centre, which is easily accessible via multiple public transport routes. The organisation offers a hybrid approach to working and requires all staff to pass a basic DBS check.
Your new role
- General administrative duties including electronic records management; answering internal and external telephone calls; document and post handling.
- Ensure data and sensitive personal/commercial information is processed effectively and handled in line with legislation and guidance.
- Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers. Respond to any queries correctly, informatively and in a timely manner (in accordance with the Team's Service Level Agreement).
What you'll need to succeed - Experience of working in a customer service or administrative role.
- Confident and comfortable working in a telephone-based role.
- Able to work from the Cardiff office as and when required.
- Must pass a basic DBS check.
