Manage desktop support across the Group, ensuring seamless service
Patch servers and endpoints, install software, and maintain IT systems
Troubleshoot networks, servers, and hardware
Set up user accounts, solve printer issues, and keep the office running smoothly
Jump into ad-hoc IT tasks as needed
Your Skills and Experience
Expert knowledge in: Active Directory, MS365, VMware, Fortigate, Exchange, SharePoint, Windows Servers, and networking
Minimum 7+ years of IT support experience (Sophos, Mimecast, Veeam knowledge is a plus)
Great under pressure with strong troubleshooting and communication skills
