An ideal Events Coordinator should possess a variety of personality traits that enable them to effectively plan, manage, and execute events while ensuring a positive experience for clients and guests
What Is Required:
The Events Co-Ordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a range of events and functions at the luxury hotel or resort in Langebaan. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that each event is seamlessly managed, meets the high standards of the hotel, and delivers an exceptional experience for guests. The Events Coordinator serves as the main point of contact for clients, working closely with them to understand their needs and preferences, and overseeing all aspects of event execution to ensure successful outcomes.
Minimum Requirements:
- Hotel Management / Events Management Qualification (advantageous)
- At least 2 years experience in the same or similar position
- Proven experience in event planning / co-ordination in a corporate environment
