We require a strong change manager (min. 5 years experience in change management) with financial services / banking experience.
The project involves migrating existing financial products from an existing platform to a new platform that is being built so that we can scale and add new products a lot easier.
The environment is fast-paced, dynamic and complex, so the successful candidate will need the following skills:
- solid technical change experience e.g. able to interpret the results of a change impact assessment and help the business connect the dots.
- understand how people transition through the change curve i.e. take people on the journey to accepting and adopting the change.
- strong stakeholder management skills.
- be able to work under very tight deadlines and pressure.
- articulate the impacts of scope changes on the acceptance and adoption of the project (the environment changes rapidly).
- assertive, but respectful. Cannot fade into the background and go with the flow.
- the role is strategic and operational so the CM needs to get involved in the trenches.
The successful CM will also be a strong ambassador of the Enterprise Change Capability.
