Admin / Invoice Assistant – Brackenfell, Cape Town.
Do you live in the Brackenfell area and are immediately available to take on a fixed term administration contract until the end of January 2025?
We require an immediately available individual who has the ability to capture invoices onto the company financial system, manage general administration, and answer incoming calls and relay messages.
We require your positive and service-oriented attitude, must be proficient in your computer skills with a methodical, disciplined & accurate work ethic.
Salary: R10,000 negotiable dependent on experience.
Requirements:
- Matric, relevant qualification advantageous
- Similar experience would be advantageous
- Microsoft Word & Excel
- A team player who communicates well in English and Afrikaans
- Deadline driven and service orientated
- Accurate work ability, disciplined and methodical
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Report to: Assistant Accountant
- Capturing all local supplier invoices in line with creditors policy
- Answering and directing incoming calls when required
- Taking & sending telephone messages to staff
- Assist management with any ad hoc tasks that are requested
- General all round administration assistance
