Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Own the Renewal Process: Keep a close eye on renewal dates and proactively engage with clients well in advance. Prepare renewal pro-forma invoices and ensure everything’s ready for a seamless transition. Keep detailed records of all renewal activities and communications.
- Partner and Distributor Support: Be the go-to person for our channel partners and distributors, providing them with the vital info they need for their renewals. Help maintain strong connections with our partners by ensuring smooth renewal processes.
- Customer Relationship Guru: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, partners, and distributors. Take the lead in addressing any escalated renewal issues, finding solutions, and keeping customers happy!
- Master of Documentation and Compliance: Ensure that every renewal is documented accurately, including contracts and communications. Regularly update customer profiles in our CRM to keep information current and relevant.
- Stay Ahead with Continuous Learning: Take advantage of training and development programs to sharpen your skills and grow in your role.
