About the Role
Junior Trainers creates a development path for new trainers to be gradually exposed to technical and operator training and creates documentation for training as new software is integrated.
Key Responsibilities
The Junior Trainer role is to create a development path for new trainers to be gradually exposed to technical and operator training and create documentation for training as machines are updated and new software is integrated.
The Junior Trainer would need to ensure that all company’s Mining Machines Equipment and machines, currently at company’s workshops are operated correctly by providing sufficient and thorough training for operation and technical support. This should ensure that the end users are coached and trained to operate the machine to ensure efficient production and longevity of the machine.
Junior Trainer will be responsible for creating basic training material for new machines and Rebuild machines and engage with technical team and production to ensure training material aligns to machine layout, software, and function.
Junior training will be required to review training material if any changes on machines occur. Keep the training material to the latest machine specification, meaning constant engagement with the relevant technical and production teams. Unless customer requests training on their old machines on site the latest training material must be used.
The Junior Trainer will need to establish training opportunities internally for recertification of operators and technical training requirements as well as prepare internal training proposals.
The Junior Trainer will be required to assist with the technical training as and where needed to ensure the teams keeps to their schedule.
AD HOC Training Academy requirements.
The Junior Trainer should be always presentable.
The Junior Trainer must have strong admin and communication skills.
Role Skills and Requirements
This role will require Junior Trainer to travel from time to time to support other trainers.
This role will require a person who speaks fluent English.
Could convey training to a variety of people on various skill levels.
Valid driver’s license
Minimum of 5-year trackless mining experience
Self-motivated
Extremely disciplined
Ability to work under pressure.
Be able to prioritize.
Have excellent time management skills.
Have attention to detail.
Be able to keep to strict deadlines.
