Our client, a non-profit, medical scheme based in Pretoria is seeking a Talent Manager to join the team.
Duties include but not limited to:
• Responsible for administration and document control during complete life cycle of employee’s, contractors and vendors from on-boarding to exiting.
• Specifies projects objectives, budgeting, scheduling and setting performance requirements.
• Plans, develops and implements processes and procedures aligned with Human Capital operational scope and legislation.
• Complies with submission of all statutory reports.
• May be responsible for the complete human resources administrative function within a branch or division or could be responsible for an area of a specialisation e.g. pension administration or employee benefits administration.
• Administration could include housing, car, medical, loan, pension, leave, grievance, disciplinary process, manpower statistics, government returns and performance appraisal documentation process.
Requirements:
• BCom Human Resources Degree
• Registration as Psychometrist at HPCSA
• Minimum 8-year experience as a Generalist in Human Resources and 5 years in a leadership role
