The role is to oversee cleaning and preparing guest rooms, turndown service and public areas. You will understand how small touches enhance the guest experience and be a champion of the client’s standards. Organized and professional, you will be able to demonstrate great problem- solving skills, be pro-active in your planning for the department, and be well versed at managing a team to exceed guest expectations.
You will also manage our laundry, some on site, take care of stock ordering for your department and oversee our Staff Accommodation. Working closely with the General Manager, you will also help to develop our products and services for guests.
Requirements :
- Proven experience of managing a team
- Experience in a similar position in a four/ five-star hotel will be considered a strong asset
- Advanced use of English language
- Extra languages will be considered an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Teamwork spirit
- Self- motivation and an ability to motivate your team
- Customer-orientated
