About the role:
The Data Capturer will play a crucial role within our outreach team, responsible for maintaining accurate customer records, capturing essential data, and supporting lead generation activities. This position ensures that our outreach efforts are based on reliable information, helping to drive effective customer engagement and sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:

Customer Information Management: - Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
- Process and verify changes in customer details such as contact information, address updates, and service preferences.
- Handle confidential customer information with utmost integrity and in compliance with data protection regulations.

Data Capturing: - Accurately capture and input data from various sources into the CRM system.
- Assist in compiling and generating reports based on captured data to support outreach and sales strategies.
- Monitor data for inconsistencies or errors, and take corrective action as needed.

Call Reviews and Ratings: - Listen to Calls that the Outreach agents conduct to highlight areas of concern.
- Updating comments and scores for agents for the purpose of scoring calls.

. Competitor Analysis: - Conducting monthly competitor analysis on competing networks and their offerings and documenting it in a way that makes it easy for outreach agents to highlight the advantages of our offerings to potential customers.

. Lead Generation Support: - Assist in the identification and documentation of potential leads from incoming inquiries, online research, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the outreach team to pre-qualify leads and prepare them for follow-up by outreach
- Maintain a database of leads and track the status of each lead through the sales funnel.

Administrative Support: - Provide general administrative support to the outreach center, including scheduling meetings, meeting minutes, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with the coordination and execution of outreach campaigns and events.
Requirements: - Matric pass.
- Well-spoken.
- Well Groomed.
- Computer Literate.
- Target Driven.
- South African unemployed youth aged between 18 and 34.
- Must not have taken part in the YES Program before.
