Your responsibilities
Develop, maintain, communicate and enforce the standards of managing risks across all Uniper Functions and geographies via Uniper’s Risk Policies (current focus: Market Risk, Credit Risk)
Develop, maintain, communicate and enforce standards for operational risk controls related to trading with algorithms
Develop, maintain, communicate and enforce Uniper internal standards for risk related aspects of Financial Regulations (EMIR, MiFID) across all Uniper Functions and geographies in alignment with Uniper’s Legal / Trading Compliance team
Implement, coordinate and further develop Stress testing on Uniper Group Level
Effectively operate key risk controls (e.g. market conformity checks, risk limits, financial regulation thresholds, etc.)
Manage / Coordinate the annual limit request
Act as ICS coordinator for the Risk Management function
Your profile
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Risk Management, Finance, Audit or similar education
5 years of working experiences in the above area of responsibilities
Interest in working in the second line of defense; interest and ability to defend and continuously improve & reinforce Risk Policy & Control principles
Drive and contribute to a strong risk culture through reasonable policy principles
Ability and strength to keep up with ongoing change and developments; ability to recognize the need of amending policy and control standards
Sound knowledge of Financial Regulation (esp. EMIR, MiFiD, MaRisk) and Risk Governance requirements
Good communication skills across all hierarchical levels
Ability to present and talk in front of audience
Organizational and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies and coordinate them to achieve common goals to deadlines
Business fluency in written and spoken English
