Finance Business PartnerOur Opportunity Due to continued growth, Pick Everard are searching for a new Finance Business Partner to join our established Finance team, and help to lead the discipline forward. The Finance Business Partner is a key role within the finance team, responsible for supporting the financial management of the company’s projects and operations. Reporting directly to the Senior Finance Business Partner, this role involves providing financial insights, analysis, and guidance to various departments to help drive performance and achieve strategic objectives. The Finance Business Partner will collaborate closely with project managers and department heads to ensure the financial health of projects and business units. Key responsibilities: Assist in the financial management of projects, including cost tracking, revenue recognition, and profitability analysis. Provide financial support to project teams, helping to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate with the Senior Finance Business Partner to implement cost control measures and monitor their effectiveness. Support the Senior Finance Business Partner in delivering financial training and development initiatives to non-financial managers. Assist with all project related month end and year end accounting including management of WIP valuation/reviews. Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
