The ideal candidate for High Select Auto car dealership is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for customers at the dealership, greeting them in a polite, energetic and well-spoken manner.

Responsibilities :

Answer and direct phone calls
Administrative duties
Provide customers with a positive first impression
Stock control
Follow up with potential leads
Efficient in storing and recording data
Managing housekeeping

Qualifications & Skills Required :

High school diploma or relevant work experience
Fluent in English and conversational in Afrikaans
Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Computer literacy
Excellent communication skills
Possess high energy levels
Previous experience in the motor industry or receptionist position is advantageous
Drivers license
Individual must be punctual
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong follow-up skills
