hands-on technical support in the agricultural or machinery industry ? My client is recruiting for a Territory Customer Support Manager, based in Kenya, with a strong emphasis on agricultural industry experience.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and guidance on agricultural machinery, construction products, trucks, motor vehicles, and forestry equipment.
- Diagnose, repair, and resolve technical issues to ensure machine performance and uptime.
- Administer product warranty and reimbursement policies.
- Collaborate with channel partners to strengthen customer relationships and deliver training programs.
- Achieve customer and dealer satisfaction goals within a designated geographic area.
Requirements: - Experience in repairs and technical problem-solving for construction or agricultural machinery.
- Hands-on technical support experience, especially with equipment used in agriculture, forestry, or construction.
- Strong client engagement skills with the ability to resolve issues and provide training.
- Previous experience in warranty management and reimbursement processing.
