Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing project budgets, estimates, and cost plans
- Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
- Support in managing and reviewing project contracts
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure compliance with the financial requirements
- Track project expenses and provide regular financial reporting
- Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing
- Participate in site visits and meetings with stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Final-year student, graduate, or junior with a maximum of 1 year of experience in quantity surveying
- Understanding of Private Sector (Commercial) in a consulting environment
- Proficient in relevant quantity surveying software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to project sites as necessary
