A manufacturing company is looking for a strong Administrator to assist in their Logistic department.
Duties & Responsibilities
•Services and spare part sales and invoicing •Data capturing and filing with regards to service related paperwork •Purchase orders and GR’s for services/spares parts •Services Debtors – keeping recon updated and following up on payments •Logistics – import and export •Petty Cash handling and processing •Arranging travelling for staff - local and abroad •Stationery ordering •Keeping vehicle registrations up to date •Filing of COD paperwork
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric/Grade 12 with relevant experience - MIN 5 YEARS
Live with in travelling distance of Atlantis
Excellent communication in Afrikaans and English
Stable track record
Good computer skills
