Overview
Our award winning leading Property Services client is seeking a new Group Management accountant due to growth, working along side the group Director of Finance you will play a key role in managing the groups finances including cash-flow, forecasting, reporting and more. The role will also support in the management of Finance Assistants and developing knowledge and accountability's

Duties Include
- Accurate production of monthly trial balances for all group trading companies
- Monthly management accounts pack including management information, group debt collection, cash flow forecasting
- Review and reconciliation of monthly intercompany transactions and reporting
- Financial modelling for accurate data analysis
- Assist in the production of the annual budgets
- Oversee the operation of the Group's Sage 200 accounting program
- Calculate, present, reconcile and submit the quarterly Group VAT returns
- Provide monthly reconciled ledgers and Balance Sheet accounts with supporting schedules
- Reviewing and ensuring the Finance Administrators meet their tasks and KPI's
- Liaising with different business areas of the operational teams to resolve queries
Experience required
- 3+ years hands on experience
- ACCA/CIMA or equivalent level
- Advanced IT capability including Excel and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to follow process and follow to set standards
- Confident and approachable with good stakeholder management skills
- Experience of managing more junior staff and supporting development
