Role Overview:
The Facilities Coordinator will assist in the day-to-day management of property maintenance and operations. You will ensure facilities are well-maintained, liaise with vendors, and oversee health & safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate maintenance tasks and ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
- Manage relationships with vendors and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control for facility-related expenses.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Facility Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Other Requirements:
Salary: R12 000 CTC per month.
Location: Cape Town City Center (Bree St).
Start Date: As soon as possible.
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent position.
