Assistant Community Manager

Role Overview:
As the Assistant Community Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to build and maintain a vibrant community at the property. You will be responsible for guest satisfaction, managing events, and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the property.
- Build relationships with guests, staff, and partners.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure VIP guests are well accommodated.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in community or hospitality management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Other Requirements:
- Own transport and phone.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Salary: R15 000 CTC per month.
Location: Cape Town City Center (Bree St).
Start Date: As soon as possible.
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent position.
