Duties:
General Support: Address customer inquiries via email, Whatsapp and other platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, manage tickets using helpdesk systems.
WAN & LAN network configuration.
Setup of access points, routers, mesh technologies.
Perform standby duties.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Implement and Support Voice technologies.
Monitor the network infrastructure using tools like PRTG.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, manage relationships, and provide recommendations for service improvements.
Qualifications:
3-5 years experience working with the various server and network technologies.
Experience with Microsoft Windows and associated Microsoft server products.
Experience with Office 365.
Valid drivers license & own transport.
ISP Experience advantageous.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
