Your key responsibilities include:

Qualifications/ Knowledge

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with a diversified range of internal and external business contacts ranging from board members, senior executives to other staff members.
Strong attention to detail and deadline orientation
Knowledge of financial systems and financial system configurations
Strong report writing skills
Technical accounting skills
Tax/ VAT knowledge

Experience

We are looking for a minimum CA (SA) qualification/ CIMA Qualification with at least 7 years experience post articles within a medium to large enterprise, which should include a minimum of 3 years experience heading up and managing finance teams
Solid experience reporting experience with internal and external stakeholders
Experience in managing and drive a highly functioning team
Proven experience in identifying, recommending, and implementing new practices / methods of business operations and performance analysis and metrics
Conceptual Thinking: must be able to understand complex business models and strong ability to interpret data and foresee future outcomes
Ability to build relationships with BU segment leadership, providing strong support and value adding insights
