***THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE***
This is a busy dealership that requires an experienced individual who has the capability to manage a sales team and ensure maximum profitability and efficiency. You will need to have at least 3 years of Used Car Sales Management experience with a proven track record of department sales exceeding 30-40 units per month. You will also need to be extremely knowledgeable of current market trends and pricing and be ahead of the curve when changes occur. Our client is looking for energy, innovation sales excellence and someone comfortable working with senior management who has high expectations.
Job Requirements Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
At least 3 years of RECENT Used Car Sales Management experience in a franchised dealership
Outstanding industry knowledge
Excellent leadership skills
Experience in vehicle valuations
A clear understanding of the vehicle sales process
A proven track record
A stable work history
Reliable and contactable references
