Role Overview:
As the Human Resource Officer, you will play a key role in managing the personnel-related aspects of the business. Your responsibilities will include recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, training, and compliance with labor laws to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and compensation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and health & safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and support the development of HR policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in hospitality or a similar field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Other Requirements:
- Own transport and phone.
- Willingness to work all shifts, including weekends.
Salary: R15 000 CTC per month.
Location: Cape Town City Center (Bree St)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Employment Type: Full-time, Maternity cover (contract) position.
