On-Site Support: Visit client sites twice per week in Pretoria and MTN Roodepoort
to perform daily health checks and high-level inspections of firewalls and APNs.
Monitoring & Reporting: Proactively monitor network links, report on Link QOS
parameters, and ensure optimal performance of the network infrastructure.
Network Management: Perform high-level checks and maintenance on firewalls,
and manage APN configurations.
Technical Support: Provide 1st line technical support, troubleshooting network
issues as they arise
Qualification: Network qualification, such as CCNA, is required.
Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of MPLS, SDWAN, BGP, and routing protocols.
High-level understanding of firewalls and APN configurations.
Experience: 2+ years previous experience in a network support role is essential.
