The National Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of our Padel clubs, including staff, facilities, member experience, and strategic growth initiatives. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in sports club management, business development, and
operations. The ideal candidate will be both a strategic thinker and a tactical executor, capable of driving
operational excellence and supporting the companyâs expansion plans.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Sports Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably sports or hospitality industries.
Proven experience in managing multi-site operations and leading diverse teams.
Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience with digital tools such as Playtomic or similar sports management software.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel between sites as required.
Padel or similar racket sports experience is an advantage.
Proficiency in social media management and marketing.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Coaching certification or relevant experience is a plus.
