Job Description:
Professional Know-how
- Matric (Completed)
- Strong Computer Literacy including Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and Teams)
- A valid driver's license
Experience:
- 2 - 3 Years' experience in transport would be advantageous
- Good understanding of MoveInsync systems
Operational Requirements:
- Must be flexible to work a shifted pattern i.e.: Weekend and/or Unsociable hours
- Hours of shift patterns are from 11h00 - 20h00 (SA TIME) including, weekend work

- Operations/functional line
External:
- External Vendors/Transport department
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage & co-ordinate with transport provider deployed authorized by Capita
- Responsible for ensuring transport operation is running smoothly
- Preparation of schedules, transport routes etc. for cost optimization and increasing efficiency in transport operations
- Oversee the transport vehicles for employee login & logouts as per Capita policy and requirements
- Ensure Capita's transport policy is enforced
- Ad hoc duties Automation & MIS Admin / support
- Manage and responsible for all MIS related functions and queries.
- Update MIS add and removal from Digiscore
- Support MIS Helpdesk
- Keep vehicle/Driver/Supervisor compliance up to date on MoveInSync
- Generate MIS Reports weekly and share with Management.
- Monitor and maintain On Time Arrival / Departure as defined SLA
- No Show recovery report for Payroll
- Far off report & payroll data
- Collate Additional employee details which came last moment without requisition for all sites
- Coordinate WFH
- Driver allocation shuttle
- Support overall transport operation
- Support in daily Transport Operation / Drop Management
- Backup for Daily Route Generation / Trip allocation / Vendor Allocation / Vehicle allocation
- Run daily audit reports and discuss findings to Management
- Relieve transport co-ordinator when required
- Do spot checks on route optimization.
- Perform Ad-hoc duties as required by Management.
- Receiving transport requests and responding to e-mails and correspondence timeously.
- Collate data and generate reports as per Management's request.
- Manage vendor and passenger drops and complaints.
- Reporting any incident/Accident to Transport Lead/Manager.
Key Result Areas/Competencies:
- Microsoft office experience, Excel, Power Point, Word.
- Must be able to work unsupervised
- Must be resourceful and able to find solutions to problems
- Must have financial background.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
