As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for empowering and accelerating autonomous value creation through insights and machine learning across the company.
Key responsibilities include building a configurable data ingestion platform, leading a high-performing engineering team, defining and measuring team success, and ensuring the team has everything they need to be successful.
Qualifications include a matric or national diploma in an information technology-related discipline, a bachelor's degree in computer science or a quantitative field, and 7+ years of experience in leading engineering teams with at least 2 in a modern context with cloud technologies.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Build a configurable data ingestion platform to collect and protect data from any on-prem or cloud-based source within two weeks or less.
- Lead a high-performing engineering team with clear missions and success metrics.
- Define and measure team success through metrics such as adoption, satisfaction, cost, and reliability.
- Ensure the team has everything they need to be successful, including the right skills and capacity.
- Cultivate and maintain a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
