ABOUT THE ROLE:

To provide quality care to patients in need of dialysis. Collaborate as a team to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform dialysis according to prescription in a safe manner and in accordance with Universal Renal Care internal policies and procedures.
Provide optimal patient care as per the nursing scope of practice.
Manage and maintain all medical equipment in accordance with technical policies and procedures.
Ensure that all Universal Renal Care quality care processes are adhered to for the patients under your management.
Maintain and update all patient clinical records in accordance with deadlines, policies & procedures.
Follow all financial policies and procedures in the clinic.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

National Senior Certificate (Matric).
Registered Nurse: Nephrology.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience; Renal Care experience will be advantageous.
Computer literate.
Valid SANC registration.
BLS certified.
Must have own transport and valid driver’s license.
