Would you like to be part of our successful Industry division? Join our dedicated and experienced team and be a strong partner for our customers in the key sectors of pharmaceuticals, chemicals and food & beverage in the European region. - As a competent and reliable partner, you are responsible for the Business Development for Core OEM Products (APW, Load Cells, Weigh Modules, Automation Transmitters) with Machine- and Equipment, Systems Integrators and EPC markets within the European region.
- You build up local segment and application knowledge in emerging segments in the Machine- and Equipment, Systems Integrators and EPC field and coordinate post-launch activities.
- The determination of new market segments, identification of potential key-customers in target segments and creation of target customer lists also belong to your responsibilities.
- You manage larger customer projects, propose adequate solutions, verify technical feasibility and assess commercial attractiveness.
- Additionally, you prepare and present competence presentations at in-plant or public seminars/road shows as well as product demonstrations and eDemos on site.
- You promote selected strategic key account relationships through directly coordinated activities and close cooperation with local account managers.
- You have completed training as a technician, have an academic degree in process engineering, industrial engineering, automation technology, electrical engineering or have a comparable technical educational background.
- You already have professional experience in marketing, sales or business development for consulting-intensive, technical products and have knowledge of the pharmaceutical, chemical or food industry.
- Strong personal leadership capabilities, networking skills, ease to motivate people in matrix organizations and getting things done are just as self-evident to you as organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting.
- You live near an international airport and our location in Giessen - ideally in Frankfurt am Main or the Rhine-Main area.
- A travel percentage of about 50% within Europe is something you are looking forward to; just like frequent work at the Giessen site and in the home office.
- You are a strong communicator in English, both written and spoken (at least C1 level). Fluency in German is a plus.
