To provide a superior, friendly, and informative customer experience conducive to our ethos, accurately processing customer orders and queries, supporting colleagues, and providing interdepartmental assistance as may be required.
Areas of responsibility include:
1. Customer Care and Administration:
• Taking and accurately processing customer orders onto the system.
• Back-order list checked and updated daily.
• Provide regular feedback to customer and sales representative on order progress/stock delays.
• Build strong customer relationships with internal and external customers. Assist with regular calls to customers to maintain contact and promote products and sales.
• Resolve all customer queries timorously, efficiently, professionally and channel/escalate to correct person as required.
• Assist with customer repair queries as and when required.
2. Stock
• Assist with stock management as and when required.
• Alert management to potential stock out situations.
• Assist with ordering/transferring stock and booking stock into the system (Branches)
3. Administration
• Assist sales representatives with pricing, quotations, and stock queries. Sales manager/sales representative must approve all special price requests.
• Assist with new dealer applications. Always check with sales representative/sales manager before submitting.
• Assist other departments as may be required and confirm task completion.
4. Housekeeping
• Ensure office area is according to health and safety policy and procedures.
• Responsible for ensuring world-class housekeeping standards. Everything in its place and always clean.
Requirements
• Matric
• Min 2 years sales experience will be an added advantage
