Job Purpose
The objective is to fill the position of BUSINESS MANAGEMENT in the SP&FET Department with a staff member with expertise in this area.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: SENIOR LECTURER
- A relevant Doctoral degree in Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or Economic Management Sciences
- Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or Economic Management Sciences as a major subject at undergraduate level
- A relevant teaching qualification (preferable at secondary school level)
- Four (4) years relevant lecturing experience at tertiary level
- Publications in accredited and peer-reviewed journals over the last five (5) years (nationally and/or internationally).
- Post-graduate students supervised to completion relevant to the Education field (preferably in the field of SP FET)
- Experience in curriculum development
- Specialized knowledge of methodologies of teaching Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or Economic Management Science
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: LECTURER
- A relevant Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or Economic Management Sciences
- Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or Economic Management Sciences as a major subject at undergraduate level
- A relevant teaching qualification (preferable at secondary school level)
- Two (2) relevant lecturing experience in SP & FET at tertiary level or five (5) years’ relevant teaching experience at school level
- Specialized knowledge of methodologies of teaching Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or Economic Management Sciences
RECOMMENDATIONS: LECTURER
- A Doctoral degree relevant to the field of study
- Research output
