Senior Administrator - Tax Compliance and Regulatory Reporting
The role sits within the Tax Compliance and Regulatory Reporting department.
The team provides, implements, and operates a comprehensive Regulatory Reporting service that meets the needs of JTC clients, under the supervision of the Associate Director/Manager within Jersey and other JTC offices.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
REGULATORY REPORTING
- Preparing and ensuring the accuracy of FATCA and CRS reporting submissions across multiple jurisdictions.
- Undertaking FATCA/CRS entity classifications and supporting the business in the completion of self-certifications where required.
- Ensuring FATCA/CRS obligations are met for entities which are in the process of closing or being transferred out to another service provider.
- Awareness and adherence to contractual and statutory obligations under the Group’s policies, procedures, and guidelines, including the Group’s core values and expected behaviours.
- Reviewing processes and determining potential process improvements.
- Ensuring that internal procedures and controls are properly followed.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adhere to Risk & Associated Compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML legislation.
- Adhere to CPD requirements in accordance with qualification level and in-house procedures.
- Adhere to the JTC core values and expected behaviours.
- Any other duties as deemed necessary by Management.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Part qualified ACCA/ICAEW/ICAS/ATT/CTA or equivalent is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a tax/regulatory reporting role is essential.
- High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines with multiple priorities.
