Office Administrator
Our company based in Meadowdale is looking for a professional, well-spoken office administrator that can handle all tasks related to office admin, sales, minor bookkeeping, and costing/quoting duties. The candidate must be energetic and self-confident, as dealing with clients will be part of the normal day-to-day duties.
Duties & Responsibilities
- QuickBooks (Experience required)
- Quotes, Invoices, Estimates, Recon, Reports & Forecasts
- MS Office Advanced, Sending & Receiving Emails
- Responding to clients via Email and WhatsApp groups
- Processing Costings from Excel into quotes on QuickBooks
- Capturing and allocation of payments on systems
- Answering of calls, emails, and texts
- Monitoring multiple WhatsApp groups
- Corresponding with staff, clients, and suppliers
- Taking instruction and executing instructions fluently from management
- Stock takes on various vehicles and warehouse
- Ordering and allocating stock
- Telephone sales to clients (Sales Experience needed)
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Diploma or similar in office administration
- QuickBooks Experience
- Previous Office experience – proven track record will be essential
- At least 8-10 years’ experience in a similar position
- Must always be professional and well presented
- Own Reliable Transport to report to office
- Clear Criminal Record and No Pending Cases
Package & Remuneration
Dependent on Industry Experience +- R140,000 CTC P/A
