Requirements:
- NQF4/Grade 12 Certificate.
- RE5 and FAIS Compliance advantageous.
- Minimum 2yrs financial service experience.
- Intermediate Computer Skills.
Responsibilities:
- Policy administration, including endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
- Liaise with stakeholders regarding missing or additional information required.
- New business activations and issuing of policy documents.
- Handling of stakeholder queries efficiently and professionally within SLAs.
- Timeous updates and communication per SLAs and SOPs.
- Ensuring accurate and timely review of all policies for collection purposes.
- Accurate maintenance of all policy data and information.
- Accurate review of policy premiums and fees applied.
