You will be joining us as a Lead Game Producer for one of our top global mobile games.
Reporting to the Executive Producer, you would be joining a multi-cultural, fast-paced and mature Live Games business unit.
You will be responsible for delivering on time by building a close cross functional collaboration. As well as mentoring, coaching and managing 2 other producers.
Your experience will allow you to hold informed conversations with key stakeholders and bring an overall balance to the production process by considering all aspects of the game development.
What You'll Do What will your your role involve?
Actively promoting positive team culture.
Planning & Executing the roadmap by collaborating with key stakeholders throughout the game's life cycle and supporting central projects.
Clear understanding of business priorities & deliverables.
Monitoring day-to-day progress and make adjustments as needed with the goal of delivering on time.
Overseeing the development of a large team, managing a comprehensive plan.
Measuring project performance and working with the team to continually identify areas for improvement
Identifying and managing risk
Reporting back to the Leadership Team and ensuring that the progress is communicated via the right forums
Advocating for studio best practices, techniques, and standards
Mentoring & developing the production team

What We're Looking For What do we need from you?
A self-starting, emotionally intelligent leader with experience delivering games working with internal / external teams and stakeholders
Excellent analytical skills and creative problem solving chops
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
Previous game production experience in live operations
Hardy familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Master Jira and Confluence user skills
Have a few shipped games under your belt, mobile F2P a plus
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 and Scrum certification preferred
