Salary: £13.75 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week (Day shifts, Weekday and alternate weekend shifts)
Contract: Permanent

About the Role:
Are you passionate about creating fun, engaging, and meaningful experiences for others? We are looking for a dynamic Activities Coordinator to join our team. You will play a key role in managing the activities team, planning, and organizing a variety of activities for our residents to create a vibrant, stimulating environment.
As the Activities Coordinator, you will:
- Oversee the daily activity schedule, ensuring it's followed to enhance residents' physical, mental, and social well-being.
- Plan and organize off-site activities for residents, occasionally outside of normal working hours.
- Provide one-on-one support to residents unable to participate in group activities, offering companionship and comfort.
- Manage the activities team, conducting supervisions and appraisals to ensure quality and consistency.
What We re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an activity-based role such as an Activities Coordinator or similar.
- A keen awareness of residents' physical and mental well-being, with the ability to adapt activities accordingly.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to ensure the activities program runs smoothly.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety policies and emergency procedures in a care home setting.
