Our client is a global manufacturing business based in Washington who are looking to recruit a hands-on Team Leader for their Order Picking department on a permanent basis.
The role will involve leading a team of 4 to 5 Order Pickers/Warehouse Operatives ensuring picking activity is maintained, some H&S resposnsibilities and motivation of the team. Previous experience working within an order picking environment is preferred The Company are willing to train and develop individuals, so would also consider people who may only have limited supervisory experience in a stand-in capacity.
Ideally, the succesful applicant with have a FLT C/balance licence. Training on other equipment would be provided.
This is a 2 shift weekly rotating role as follows:
Week 1: 6am-2pm
Week 2: 12pm-8pm Monday to Thursday, 10am-6pm Friday
