Purchasing Assistant
Axiom Personnel we are currently recruiting for an Purchasing Assistant for our client based in Hackney. The working hours are 9am-5pm, 4 days a week, (days to be confirmed)
Purchasing Assistant Duties:
- Import/Export Clerk
- Online Banking
- Use of Excel for financial record keeping
- Purchasing - liaising with suppliers and transport companies
- Customer liaison on occasion
- Authorising Supplier Invoices
Requirements
- Previous experience working within Import/export and purchasing
- Excellent telephone manner
- A can-do attitude and excellent attention to detail.
- Personable with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised
- Fully IT literate
- Proficiency of MS Office Word & Excel.
Salary is £16.72p/hour.
