Procurement Specialist
The Business:
A global marketing and advertising group who deliver business growth and transformation through their services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Procurement Managers to generate, evolve, and deliver procurement category plans in alignment with business strategy.
- Strategic Sourcing (Technology) - Identify and implement initiatives to optimise and reduce global technology spend.
- Oversee the management and reporting of key technology vendors to ensure performance and compliance.
- Design and update detailed reports to track and monitor procurement activities and initiatives, providing data-driven insights.
- Lead Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) initiatives, ensuring governance and proactive management of the technology category.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of procurement experience, with expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and demand management.
- Knowledge of IT procurement (software and technology) and a solid understanding of commercial processes.
- Strong data analysis skills, particularly in Excel, with the ability to handle large data sets and extract key insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing both internal and external partners.
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and manage projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
