Position: Account Executive

Peo Information Technologies is looking for experienced and dynamic Account Executives to join our team. With a strong focus on both the public and private sectors, including extensive experience in the banking and insurance industries, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and managing key relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in both the public and private sectors, with a focus on banking and insurance .
Develop and implement account strategies to grow revenue and meet company sales objectives.
Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet client needs.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and client expectations.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business cases to key stakeholders.

Requirements

7 to 10 years of experience as an Account Executive, with a proven track record in managing large accounts in both public and private sectors.
Bachelor's degree in either Communications, Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing, Sales, Statistics or Psychology.
Extensive experience in the banking and insurance sectors is required.
Strong understanding of industry trends, challenges, and regulations within these sectors.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to develop strategic relationships with clients and close high-value deals.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with CRM software and managing sales pipelines is a plus.
