Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Creative Lead / Administrator to join our team in Auckland Park. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of creative and administrative tasks, including general graphic design, managing internet promotional campaigns, overseeing website development and maintenance, as well as handling administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Duties:
- Create and design visually appealing graphics for various platforms.
- Manage and execute internet promotional campaigns to enhance online presence.
- Build, launch, and maintain websites, ensuring they are up-to-date and user-friendly.
Administrative Duties:
- Handle telephone communications, serving as the first point of contact for the company.
- Schedule and manage appointments, coordinating meetings and maintaining calendars.
- Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence and organizing files.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in website development, with a strong understanding of web design principles.
- Competent in managing Google advertising campaigns.
- Skilled in graphic design, with experience using industry-standard design software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
