Experience required
Experience in previous customer-facing rolesHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCustomer focused and a keen interest in problem-solvingPC LiterateSales and/or Contact Centre experience preferred but not essential
Core Accountabilities- Working as part of the Customer & Sales support team, with a customer service focussed attitude and strong communication skills. You will be the main point of contact for inbound customer order calls, able to deal with all levels of customers including high profile, high value or specialist accounts. You will deal with both internal and external enquiries.
- Accurately and efficiently complete all system-based transactions required to support the workload of the department and in line with Business requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Demonstrate flexibility by assisting and supporting other areas of the department and business as and when required
- Resolves queries in the best interest of both the customer and the company
