Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Ashbourne
Salary: from 27,500PA + 4% bonus
As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for a group of assigned clients and your goal will be to help safeguard our revenue and retain clients. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be working in a fast-paced environment responsible for processing customer's orders in a timely and professional manner.
Brief overview of duties:
- Communicate with customers, providing excellent service
- Process customer orders in and resolving order issues
- Administration duties
- Data Entry
- Telephone Duties
- Daily reporting
- Dealing with external custom and suppliers
About You :
- Experienced in working in a similar role and manufacturing background.
- You will be highly motivated, self-disciplined and adaptable individual with excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Competent in all Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM systems & practices
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Excellent time management
- Works well under pressure and flexible in working hours for seasonal peaks.
