Our client is a well-established, rapidly expanding hotel group and they are now looking to recruit a Management Accountant to join the growing team. This is a highly varied role where you will assist in the day-to-day financial activity of a number of hotels under different hotel brands.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Preparing monthly management accounts
- Providing P&L narrative and variance analysis commentaries for the monthly P&L review
- Reconciling all monthly balance sheet accounts
- Assisting suppliers with account queries, processing all invoices
- Preparing the payment runs within the agreed payment terms
- Quarterly VAT Returns
- Cashflow forecasting and reconciliations
- Preparing monthly management board finance packs
- Assist with the annual budget preparation
- Preparing Statutory year-end accounts
- Preparing audit packs and assisting with audits
- Provide support to the hotels operational teams and general managers with the day to day running of the site.
- Provide support to the Head of Hotel Finance.
