What Youll Do:
As their Showroom Sales Support Staff, youll be the welcoming face that greets their customers and ensures they have a memorable experience. Heres what your role entails:
- Welcome and assist customers: Make every customer feel at home by providing a warm welcome and ensuring their comfort in their showroom.
- Deliver exceptional customer service: Offer professional, courteous, and personalised assistance to meet the needs of each customer.
- Build strong relationships: Engage with customers, understand their home improvement needs, and guide them through their wide range of products.
- Stay Organised: Handle administrative tasks and keep their showroom running smoothly.
Your working hours:
This part-time role offers flexibility, but please note that weekends and Bank Holidays are essential working days. Their showroom is open:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 am 5:30 pm Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 am 4:00 pm
Who Theyre Looking For:
Theyre seeking someone who is passionate about customer service and has strong organisational skills. Heres what theyre looking for:
- Experience: Previous experience in reception or customer service roles is ideal.
- Skills: Excellent administrative and organisational abilities.
