Prolog Fulfilment Ltd has over 30 years of experience in partnering with brands to develop their business, with two multi-user warehouses, totalling 250,000 sq. ft, along with a Contact Centre based in Sudbury Suffolk overall employing circa 240 staff members.
The Senior Administrator requires someone with a high level of administrative skill, ensuring seamless operations, and maintaining confidentiality across client and staff matters. You will need to be someone who can analyse and manipulate data, think on their feet and have exemplary planning, time management, and professionalism to support executives effectively and manage various tasks with precision.
What you need to apply for this role:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in an operational Senior Administrator position
- Previous experience working in a similar industry Fulfilment, Warehousing, Manufacturing
- Proficient in MS Suite, advanced Excel skills, able to analyse and manipulate data
- Strong data management and analytical skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Ability to draft professional documents and presentations
- Familiarity with electronic filing systems and data entry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What the role involves:
Providing administrative support primarily to the General Manager, your duties will include:
- Assisting the Operations Managers with various tasks and projects as needed
- Always uphold a strict level of confidentiality pertaining to both client and staff matters
- Drawing down reports from databases into excel to manipulate and analyse data
- Provide general administrative duties, to include photocopying, collation, and production of statistics, monitoring of correspondence and maintenance of filing system
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels
- Maintain diary, arrange meetings, events, and appointments
- Manage emails, ensuring actioned within an appropriate timescale
- Maintain an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele, ensuring confidentiality is maintained
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Responsible for tracking and ordering of materials and consumables
- Any other reasonable administrative and clerical duties which may be required from time to time, as directed
Salary/hours: Competitive, depending on experience. Working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am 5.30pm, with one hour for lunch each day.
