Purpose of the Role: The Sales Executive is responsible for directly engaging with customers, addressing their inquiries, processing orders and quotes, and providing tailored recommendations to meet their needs. The role focuses on delivering optimal solutions while maximizing sales opportunities. Criteria: A minimum of 3-4 years Sales experience (Steel & Tube / Hardware / Fluid Control industry preferred) Outstanding sales skills Understanding of sales process and dynamics Commitment to excellent customer service Superb interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and suppliers Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English and Afrikaans language High level of computer literacy Syspro experience required Valid drivers license Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Generate leads and identify potential customers Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers Follow industry trends to discover sales opportunities Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports Complete call reports and assist with sales and budget forecasting Visit clients to assess needs and promote products and services Maintain accurate client records Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, and availability Service existing customers and open new accounts Provide technical advice to customers Meet monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction Participate in annual branch stock takes CANDIDATES WHO RESIDE IN OR IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO KIMBERLEY ARE INVITED TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE
