Job Purpose: Oversee Debtors/Creditors, Health and Safety, Rentals, Stores, HR, and payroll. Train staff, develop financial forecasts, and drive revenue growth. Key Performance Areas: Sales & Branch Targets: Set daily targets, enhance brand, resolve customer issues, manage budgets, and organize events. Managing: Supervise staff, allocate funds, ensure innovation, and direct operations. Operations: Update prices, manage stock, oversee sales, and conduct meetings. HR: Recruit, train, ensure compliance, and conduct performance reviews. Finance: Audit margins, manage budgets, and liaise with debtors. Logistics: Ensure vehicle inspections, maintain standards, and perform additional tasks. Skills and Attributes: Management expertise, sales acumen, strong leadership, HR skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Excellent communication and a positive attitude, willing to work long hours.
